I had a 2005 Titan that installed a cold air intake on and dual exhaust. It helped with the get up and go but it also sucked more fuel. It made since to me after some one said to me ( More air? more fuel!!) Lets face it these trucks run and run but at a price. The best I can get down hill at 60 mph is 17 mpg. and the average is about 14mpg, so you have to way up the options.
